It’s all about the patient – and their family. This is what drives the CHCA team to do what we do for the practices and FQHCs we serve. We don’t give shots. We don’t take blood. We don’t diagnose. But, through our mission, we’re not just focused on the physicians and practices we serve but, more importantly, on the patients they serve. And who are those patients? Us. Our loved ones. Our friends. Our colleagues. Our neighbors. We’re not just helping to improve the business of healthcare, we’re making a difference in the lives of the patients served by our members and our clients.
Over our 16+ years of service to FQHCs and physician practices, our work has indirectly touched the lives of millions of patients. But, who’s counting? Well, we are – now. We’re challenging ourselves:
1 Million Lives.
Whether we’re consulting and educating on Open Access concepts under Medical Home, improved policies or best practices during a Security Risk Assessment, efficient use of EHRs for quality improvement, or workflow efficiencies for Lean adoption and care transformation, the CHCA team knows we’re making an impact. Through our efforts with members and clients, we know we’re introducing ideas and methods to better meet patient needs, protect sensitive and critical patient health information, improve communications between providers and their patients, and implement tools to monitor and boost quality and performance metrics. We know it’s a good day when we can say “we made a difference”.
We’re asking our members and clients help us in reaching that goal in two steps:
1) Allow us to serve your needs and work with your practice or healthcare system in advancing your goals.
2) Tell us how we did.
