Diane Gaddis has more than 25 years experience in healthcare, serving in executive, financial, information technology, and operations management roles. Under Diane’s direction, CHCA has been awarded multiple HRSA grants for technology and quality advancement as well as funding and designation by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT as one of Florida’s Regional Extension Center (REC) programs.
Diane has provided various education sessions on topics related to the advancement of health information technology. Organizations requesting her insights include the Health Resources and Services Administration, the Health Information Management Systems Society, the Blue Foundation of Florida, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the Florida Rural Health Association. Diane previously served as President of the Board of the Florida Rural Health Association from January 2010 through December 2011 and currently serves on the State of Florida’s Health Information Security and Privacy Committee’s Legal Working Group. She also served as Vice Chair for NACHC’s HCCN Task Force and continues to be an active member of on the leadership team.
